Altcoins have been taking a bite out of Bitcoin for years. Right now, Bitcoin’s dominance over the market stands at 37%, according to CoinMarketCap.

But it’s tough to get a true sense of the fight for crypto supremacy using just numbers and graphs.

For a different take on the battle, Cryptokita created an amazing time-lapse visualization.

It shows Ethereum, Ripple, Bitcoin Cash and the rest of the altcoins go up against the top dog of cryptocurrency for the last year and a half, up until now.
