The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is circulating a questionnaire to find out detailed information about the investing, spending and trading habits of Canadians who hold or use Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Residents who engaged in crypto activity in 2018 may receive a 13-page form filled with 54 questions, as the CRA investigates 60 active audits related to crypto.

Kyle Torpey, the Forbes contributor who broke the story, shared images of the questionnaire on his Twitter account. Canadians are questioned about crypto platforms Changelly and ShapeShift, and various mixing services that are used to mask the identity of crypto recipients and senders.

Ethereum

God’s Unchained, the first competitive e-sports game on the Ethereum network, just hired a new UX designer to make Ethereum fool-proof for newbies.

“One of the biggest challenges for onboarding new users will be the inherent complexities that come with using blockchain technologies. Designing intuitive games and applications is a challenge, crypto makes it exponentially more difficult. Nic’s approach, holistic vision, and attitude towards experience design impressed us early on. In the last 3 weeks he’s demonstrated his abilities exceptionally, and we believe he will be instrumental in many areas including helping us noob-proof Ethereum.”

Ripple and XRP

The two organizations first announced their alliance in July. Their goal is to deliver consumer-driven banking solutions that integrate crypto and fiat services.

Stellar

The Stellar wallet and decentralized trading client Stellarport just launched a beta test of its upcoming Android App. You can sign up to test the app here.

Tron

Tron’s latest report on the platform’s decentralized apps (DApps) is out. This week’s edition covers the growing number of DApps on the network, and takes a closer look at two new apps: Lucky Slot and TronIdol.

IOTA

German security firm Accessec has released a demo of a digital wallet. The wallet uses IOTA to make fuel payments and other retail purchases.
