From Bitcoin’s 10 best days to gaming on the Ethereum blockchain, here’s a look at some of the stories breaking in the world of crypto.

Bitcoin

Fundstrat co-founder and head of research Tom Lee says Bitcoin’s return to nearly $8,000 is a primary example of the “10 best days” thesis for why he recommends that crypto investors hold BTC.

Lee’s analysis of Bitcoin’s past price history shows that Bitcoin makes most of its gains in just 10 disparate days of a given year. But if you don’t own Bitcoin for those 10 best days out of the year, Lee says the annual return is -25%.

Meanwhile, crypto analyst Josh Rager is outlining support and resistance levels for BTC, and says he’s now looking for Bitcoin to close above $8,017 as a potential precursor to further gains. A close below $7,600 would signal a reversal.

After its recent surge to $140, Rager is feeling bullish on Litecoin, and says the $125 line of resistance has flipped to support.

Ethereum

One of the biggest video game companies in the world is creating games that utilize the Ethereum blockchain, according to the French financial media outlet Les Echos.

“The idea is to give a digital existence on the blockchain to the ‘items’ (accessories) available in video games – content that publishers monetize. Ubisoft is considering working on the blockchain Ethereum, which allows the company to integrate this kind of operation.”

Ripple and XRP

Ripple’s unrelenting global hiring spree continues. The company is hiring a project manager in New York to help clients integrate and troubleshoot the company’s suite of cross-border payment solutions.

Ripple now has a total of 64 open positions.

Litecoin

Litecoin creator Charlie Lee just sat down for an interview with RoadtoRoota. The podcast covers Litecoin’s status as a means of exchange, where crypto currently stands and where it’s heading.

Tron

Tron founder Justin Sun has revealed how he will pay for his $4.56 million lunch with Warren Buffet. Last week Sun won a chance to dine with the billionaire after placing the winning bid at a charity auction.

Sun told Yahoo Finance he’s using ad revenue from BitTorrent, the peer-to-peer file sharing platform he purchased last year for more than $100 million, to foot the bill. The blockchain entrepreneur can also extend the invite to seven colleagues. Sun is looking to bring Litecoin creator Charlie Lee, Morgan Creek Digital founder Anthony Pompliano and a number of crypto influencers he hopes can show Buffett the benefits of cryptocurrency.
