Ripple Expanding XRP Product Roadmap, Crypto Startup Hints at Future With Three New Job Openings

Ripple’s unrelenting hiring spree continues, with the company seeking to fill numerous new high-ranking positions involving the crypto asset XRP.

The San Francisco payments company is now searching for a director of product management at Xpring, Ripple’s XRP-focused fundraising and development arm. The job application indicates Xpring is looking to expand its role in growing the XRP ecosystem.

Whoever fills the position will need to “lead the Xpring vision and identify strategic product opportunities to delight developers and to grow product adoption.”

Says Ripple,

“This role sits at the heart of defining Xpring’s product strategy. In close partnership with leadership and engineering, you will own the product roadmap and help us define our future… You will look beyond what already exists in the market to serve its evolving needs.”

The company is also looking for a product manager “to helm the cross-functional team responsible for building a robust, global developer ecosystem through Xpring developer platform.”

Additionally, Ripple wants to hire an engineering manager to help build the next generation of its XRP-powered cross-border payments solution dubbed On-Demand Liquidity.

The job ad reveals the company’s ambitions to build a trading platform connected to ODL.

“We’re looking for an engineering manager to lead and shape the team responsible for the ODL customer experience, integration into our next generation trading platform and be a critical part of defining the future trajectory of On Demand Liquidity and RippleNet.”
