South Korea Adding Bitcoin Functionality to Existing ATMs

Texas-based Hyosung, the country’s leading ATM manufacturer, will integrate its new Just Cash software to allow Bitcoin transactions in South Korea.

The upgrade will enable bitcoin transactions on existing ATMs without any new hardware or additional equipment.

The mass adoption of Bitcoin ATMs will allow South Korea to remain a major market maker in the recent Bitcoin price surge.
