KuCoin is having major problems staying online.
Customers have been reporting issues for the past 12 hours trying to log into the platform.
The company just put out a tweet to let its users know what’s happening.
Today, our trading system increased traffic, more than 5 times the usual trading volume and traffic, resulting in some customers can not log in or transaction, please do not be alarmed, our engineers are working hard to solve. Please rest assured, our funds are very safe.

The exchange recently began a server upgrade to try to keep up with demand.
We will start upgrading our servers at 15:00 UTC+8, and it will last for about 30 minutes, during the upgrade users might have to re-login and API endpoints might not be functional for minutes. Thanks for your patience and support, and hope you happy trading here! #kucoin
