A new crowdfunding platform designed to help developers get the funding they need to create DApps, tokens and technology on the Tron network has officially launched.
SEEDGerminator allows dev teams to submit their project proposals online. Once they’re approved, the community can begin donating tokens to the projects they support.

SEEDGerminator is powered by Sesameseed, a group that earned hundreds of millions of votes from the Tron community to become a super representative and help power the network.
When Tron holders vote for Sesameseed, they earn a small percentage of SEED tokens in return. Those SEED tokens are used to fund the projects on SEEDGerminator, and are pegged 1:1 to TRX.
Sesameseed describes itself as a group of Tron enthusiasts that “collaborate and share their collective skills and knowledge to mature the Tron Network.” The team is also behind the Seedit protocol, which allows anyone to send and receive TRX using Telegram and Twitter.
