The latest data on crypto web searches shows Ripple is popping along with the price of XRP.
According to Google Trends, searches for the word “Ripple” have surged more than 81% in the past week, while searches for “XRP” have jumped 283%.
As for Bitcoin, searches have remained consistent through the same time period.
The popular “Bitcoin vs. Beyoncé” comparison currently has Beyoncé on top by a slight margin.
Ripple is also seeing a big spike on Reddit.
The r/Ripple subreddit has witnessed a huge 146% increase in activity over the last seven days, according to the Crypto Subreddit Tracker.
Meanwhile, Tron is trending on Twitter.
Data from CoinTrendz shows Tron passed Bitcoin, Ethereum and XRP today to become the most talked about cryptocurrency on Twitter. XRP and Ethereum are in third and fourth place, respectively.
