Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash
Bitcoin and crypto just grabbed the spotlight on ABC’s hit show Shark Tank.
Entrepreneur Dmitri Love pitched an app called Bundil that’s designed to let people turn spare change into crypto – and he convinced Kevin O’Leary to invest $100,000.
Whenever a user makes a credit card purchase, Bundil is designed to round up the transaction and invest the spare change into Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin or Bitcoin Cash.
Ethereum
A new video from ETHSanFrancisco features Ethereum creator Vitalik Buterin and Coinbase CTO Balaji Srinivasan.
Among other things, the two talk about the future of crypto and how far along the technology really is.
The popular crypto exchange Changelly says users can now purchase XRP through a new partnership with the fintech company SimplexCC.
Meanwhile, Ripple is heading into day three at the Money20/20 conference in Las Vegas. Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen is scheduled to speak at 11:35 a.m. PST.
Stellar
A new stablecoin called Novatti is launching on the Stellar network, designed to be pegged 1:1 to the Australian dollar.
“We think that people will use [stablecoins] to help purchase goods from Australian enterprises. And we think that will also use them for the payment of bills or for services inside of Australia,” Novatti managing director Peter Cook told CoinDesk.
Tron
A new betting platform based on Tron is reporting some explosive growth.
Tronbet.io launched on October 14th, and says it is already responsible for hundreds of thousands of transactions on the Tron network.
