Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao is responding to calls from Ripple and XRP supporters to add XRP to the leading cryptocurrency exchange as a base pair.
On Twitter, Binance CEO noted the strength of the XRP community, and asked its brethren to send him their best pitches for why he should pair every coin on the exchange with the digital asset.

After taking over Ethereum as the world’s second largest cryptocurrency, XRP investors say Binance should pair all of its cryptocurrencies with XRP. The move could further detach altcoins from the price swings of Bitcoin. And if multiple exchanges add XRP as a base pair, traders could easily utilize the speed of XRP to move value between exchanges.
The Ripple and XRP fanbase did not disappoint, giving CZ’s post more than 2,700 retweets, 2,900 replies and 5,600 likes, at time of publishing.
