From the price of Bitcoin in 2019 to a comparison between XRP and fiat, here’s a look at some of the stories breaking in the world of crypto.
Bitcoin
After a rough year for Bitcoin and crypto prognosticators, predictions for the year ahead are starting to roll in. The UK media outlet Verdict asked five cryptocurrency strategists and executives where they think the price of Bitcoin will be in 12 months.
The most bullish response came from the head of trading at Quantatex Mitch Blakeway, who predicts a return to $20,000.
The most bearish outlook is from Joel Kruger, currency trader at JKonFX and FX strategist at LMAX Exchange, who believes Bitcoin will trade in the $5,000 to $8,000 range by the end of 2019.

Ripple and XRP

Ethereum
Ethereum is about to shoot into orbit, so to speak.
According to a press release, Ethereum now has a satellite named after it. XYO’s first blockchain-based satellite, the “EtherX,” will rocket into space aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 in late 2019.
Bitcoin SV and Bitcoin Cash
Circle’s Invest app has just added support for Bitcoin SV (BSV) after resuming trading for Bitcoin Cash (BCH).
The app is designed to give retail investors a fully regulated way to create a portfolio. Goldman Sachs-backed Circle has built a crypto ecosystem that includes Circle Invest for investors, Circle Trade for over-the-counter crypto trading and crypto exchange Poloniex.

Stellar
Stellar (XLM) is about to be listed on Canada-based crypto exchange CoinField. It will be paired with XRP and available to buy using a number of fiat currencies.
