Tech titan Elon Musk is back on the Bitcoin gravy train. After saying crypto is a “far better way to transfer value than pieces of paper,” the Tesla CEO and PayPal co-founder is highlighting his thoughts on Bitcoin via Twitter.
According to Musk, long-time hodlers of Bitcoin deserve the Nobel Prize for their strength and perseverance.
Whoever owns the early BTC deserves a Nobel prize in delayed gratification

Musk is also confirming his decidedly limited crypto portfolio. He says he still holds just 0.25 BTC that was given to him by a friend years ago – no altcoins.
Morgan Creek Digital founder Anthony Pompliano was quick to respond, asking Musk to give the Bitcoin Lightning Network a try to see how it improves transaction speed and lowers the cost of crypto transfers.
Elon – send me a Lightning Network invoice or a Bitcoin wallet address.
I’ll send you more Bitcoin so you can see how much things have improved recently.
We have to get you using the future global reserve currency of the world.

Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao also chimed in. He says he’s ready and waiting to trade some of his BTC for a shiny new Tesla.
I still don’t have much of a Tesla, let’s trade some?
