From Game of Thrones to crypto advisor, star Jerome Flynn, who plays Ser Bronn of the Blackwater on the HBO smash hit, is teaming up with VeganNation, billed as “the first global vegan-friendly decentralized nation, based on the blockchain technology and a designated cryptocurrency.” Life after Game of Thrones, which wrapped its final season on Sunday, means more animal activism for Flynn who has joined the vegan-crypto lifestyle project as an advisor. According to the DailyMail,
“Flynn, 56, told Femail that he hopes to ‘fight the good fight’ through his animal rights and vegan activism, after his character refused to join forces with the armies of Westeros to fight the the Night King and his army of the dead in the final series of Game of Thrones.”
Flynn, who appeared on eight seasons of GOT as Ser Bronn, the bodyguard of the legendary Lannister family, is a vegan, environmentalist, animal rights activist and singer from the chart-topping 90s duo Robson & Jerome.
VeganNation is an Israel-based project designed to support vegans who want to exchange products and services that are “100 percent cruelty-free.” Beyond Meat’s sizzling IPO and soaring stock price has put vegans in the financial limelight.
Reports Barrons,
“’When I meet someone, my first question is how vegan are you,’ says Isaac Thomas, founder and CEO of VeganNation, a platform that connects vegans worldwide. According to Thomas, there are hundreds of millions of vegans around the world who control a huge amount of consumer spending, and that number is growing quickly.”
Says Flynn,
“Vegan Nation is the basis of an international vegan economy that makes vegan lives simpler, more economical, and better for the Earth and the soul of each of us. VeganCoin will allow many more to become vegans and thereby contribute to the reduction of our ecological footprint.”
