The Tron Foundation says Justin Sun is postponing his meeting with Warren Buffet due to a painful health problem.
According to the Foundation, Sun is suffering from a bout with kidney stones and the meeting will be rescheduled.
Sun won the meeting with the legendary investor in a charity auction at a cost of $4.56 million. The meet up was set to happen on July 25th in San Francisco.
Litecoin founder Charlie Lee, Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire, eToro CEO Yoni Assia and Huobi CFO Chris Lee were set to join Sun.
Sun says he’s hoping to give Buffett a new perspective on the cryptocurrency industry. Buffett is a long-time crypto critic and once called Bitcoin “rat poison squared.”
News of the cancellation triggered a sharp drop in the price of TRX, which is down 11% at time of publishing according to CoinMarketCap.
