Crypto enthusiasts can now use Bitcoin, Litecoin or Ethereum to purchase a sprawling commercial property located in Bali, Indonesia. The rental income property is comprised of three villas and a top 30 TripAdvisor restaurant.

Just five minutes from Ubud Center, Bali’s main tourist hub, the two-story restaurant, Roots, is situated on the main road, according to the listing on Bitcoin Real Estate. Reviewers on Ubudhood describe the organic Korean restaurant as a relaxed spot with family style meals made from locally sourced ingredients that are grown by farmers in the region.

Built in 2017, the three villas on the property are only a short path away, surrounded by landscaped gardens with trees and vines bearing mango, papaya, coconuts, passion fruit and moringa.

A large two-story villa is home to the current owners while the other two villas remain occupied, generating income throughout the year through Airbnb, according to the listing.

Additional features include a 344-square-foot salt water pool and a four-stage, UV light water filtration system for the drinking water.
