One of the most fierce critics of Bitcoin (BTC) and cryptocurrency says he’s about to premier a new broadcast dedicated to explaining his views on the technology.
Economist Nouriel Roubini says the leading digital asset and the entire crypto market at large is destined for the trash heap, and says he will explain his views tomorrow.

Back in November of 2018, Roubini proclaimed that BTC would never recover after it plunged below $4,000.
“With BTC down almost 80% from peak (from 20K to ~4K) & all other cryptocurrencies down 80% to 99% I rest my case that this crypto bubble went bust for good. I feel vindicated.”
Bitcoin has since displayed its notorious volatility, rising to $13,744 in June of last year, dropping to $4,636 in March of this year before once again rallying to its current price of about $8,858.
The world’s leading cryptocurrency is the best-performing asset of 2020 with a 23% increase, compared to gold’s 13% increase and a 12% drop in the S&P 500.
