The countdown is on for Tron, as it moves closer to officially launching its own blockchain.
Tomorrow, Tron’s native cryptocurrency TRX is set to leave the Ethereum blockchain for good and say goodbye to its life as an ERC20 token.
According to Tron, at least 37 cryptocurrency exchanges and wallets have announced their support for the token migration and plan to handle the switch automatically.

The token migration is the second to last step before Tron’s blockchain is officially ready to go online.
Tron is holding a super representative election on June 26th. That’s when TRX holders will vote on the block producers that will power the tron network and validate transactions.
